I’ll never forget you my friend. You brought the best out in Tony. He loved the nickname you gave him. You are a beautiful soul and am very happy you were part of our journey.
Pleasure was mine. Sending you and your beautiful kids all the love.
Dear Tanya and Family: It was such an honour to have met you at WELLBROOK PLACE. In the short time since we first spoke, I felt such a connection with you. I could see the love you had for your family and admire your strength as you journeyed through Tony’s last days.
My thoughts and prayers are with you, Tanya. Keep well and I really hope to see you again.
Thank you Bernadette. I enjoyed our conversations. You too are a strong beautiful soul. Thank you for always hearing me out. I do plan to head back Wellbrook to volunteer so hope to see you there.
My deepest condolences. I worked with Tony at the Bramalea City Centre branch years ago. He was a kind and caring man. I will always remember the times we shared. We met again when he worked in Orangeville. He spoke so highly of his beautiful wife and children. Thinking of you during this difficult time.
I love hearing these stories and so will our children. Thank you so much Pat.
Thinking of you all and sending my condolences and a wish that you can take the time to remember, the time for yourselves and the time for each other. Much respect and admiration to Tanya, Madison, Tyler and Maple (woof) Thank you for all you did/do for Tony and others on the same journey.
Beautiful words, Katie. I am so touched. I’ll see you at the Dementia Day Conference. My work is not done. I look forward to continuing to help others.
Tanya, Madison and Tylor this journey has been long and difficult but you have always been surrounded by love. Tony is my baby brother and yes, was always the spoiled one, as we liked to remind him. His smile and love of life now lives on through Madison and Tyler and we are thankful. I have 56 wonderful years of memories of Tony and will forever cherish them.
Thank you Penny! Like my family Tony was always close to his. We feel the love and are very appreciative.
Dear Tanya, from the Netherlands, we want to offer our condolences to you and your children, Madison and Tyler, on the tragic loss of your dear husband and father of your children. We also think of our cousin and aunt Ineke, Tony’s sister Penny and brother Mike, and the (grand)children. How incredibly sad. We wish you much strength and courage. Sincerely, Hanny, Corlize, Petra and Martine. Mom will call Ineke soon.
Tanya, Madison, Tyler and Furbaby, Maple my sincerest condolences and prayers. Tony has held a special
Place in my heart since I met him in Feb of 1995. He was only part time then but the days we worked together were my favourite. He made me laugh always. Such positivity and kindness he bestowed on everyone. He was one of a kind for sure and I was so proud to be his friend. He treated everyone as equal. I know how proud he was of his family and how lucky he was to find you Tanya and be the father of Madison and Tyler. He found joy in adopting Maple and lived life to the fullest. May he fly with the angels now pain free and peacefully. Love you all of you
Thank you Petra! Tony had a special place for the Netherlands. Every FIFA, that was his football team to cheer for! So nice to hear from you. Your kind words mean so much to us
Dear Tanya, Madison and Tyler.
Growing up with Tony, there were so many firsts—getting our driver’s licenses, first jobs, dating, an unforgettable European vacation, and eventually starting families of our own. Over the years, we spent countless hours in conversation about movies, history, religion, and of course, music. We will never forget the “couch days” after partying, when we just watched movies and ate leftover pizza. Another fond memory we have is the barn yard bon fire when the concrete exploded making us all jump. We all had such a laugh when we calmed down. We will always remember Tony for his wonderful sense of humor, his great laugh and his caring kind nature.
Many good memories were made over the years that we will cherish forever. We will miss him dearly.
Our love, thoughts, and prayers are with you all during this very difficult time.

Thank you Hema!
You have been such a great support for the kids and me, and Maple! Thank you for connecting Tony with the right breeder to bring her into our lives. Thank you for helping Madison with her project and visiting Tony, and bringing him out for lunch Your kindness has been so much appreciated.
Thank you John and Chandra for these wonderful memories! They made me smile. I LOVE them so much. It’s nice to hear what Tony was up to before I met him. The kids love reading this too. Thank you for also visiting Tony it was very much appreciated.
Tanya, Madison and Tyler. We are so sad at the passing of your husband and father. My little brother had quite the struggle coming into this world but he made a good life for himself and raised such a wonderful family. I will miss our long drives to Bancroft getting a Vito’s pizza. Many great conversations and music along the way. It was so nice that we agreed my music was the best. Lol Tanya it was so inspiring the love and care you gave Tony in these last 5 years. He couldn’t have had a better partner in life.
Thank you so much Mike and Debbie. I am forever grateful for the drives to Vito’s. Tony just loved them (and of course the pizza and music). You both truly had a wonderful bond as brothers, Mike. And you have similar humour to go! Lol
Tan, Madison, & Tyler we saddened by this loss but thankful that Tony is no longer suffering. Tanya, you and Tony wasted no time falling in love and creating the beautiful family that you have today. We spent so many occasions together raising our kids side by side, swapping stories and advice. We’ll miss Tony’s fun-loving nature, his sense of humour, love of sports, and music. However, his legacy and bits of who he was continue to live on through his children and the memories we all carry. Love you all, Charm & Chris
Thank you, Charm and Chris. We have wonderful memories of get togethers with each of our families. Your support has been deeply appreciated.

May his soul rest in peace, Amen.

You summed up Tony to a T. Your compassionate care was very much appreciated. Your ability to cater your care towards the individual’s personality is a gift. We are so thankful to have you along our journey. 🥰
Forever grateful to have been a friend and colleague with Tony. Several road trips to play in golf tournaments a long time ago….4 plus hours in the car with you, was never dull….always a good time! You were always the light at social gatherings and many corporate functions. Rest well my friend! You will be forever missed but not forgotten.
Thank you so much Gary for this wonderful memory. We love to hear about stories like this. He loves his colleagues at the bank.
Reading these messages proves everyone felt the same way about uncle Tony. He was a light in so many lives that never dimmed even in the end. It used to keep me up at night worrying about uncle Tony and hoping he’s ok, that he’s comfortable, that he’s not scared. What made me feel better was knowing Uncle Tony had Aunt Tanya by his side. I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart Tanya for taking such good care of Uncle Tony and going above and beyond what most would do. I will always remember Uncle Tony as being the fun uncle, growing up the 4 kids always had so much fun with him. He was unfairly taken too soon but I will cherish his bright soul forever. Thinking of you Aunt Tanya, Madison and Tyler.
Thank you so much, Sarah. I can tell by the pictures you shared with us that your Uncle Tony was full of life and enjoyed spending time with you and his other nieces and nephew. He loved family time. You have a lot of his qualities. And he would wish you the very best.
I just heard the news this evening and wanted add my voice to those who felt blessed to have worked with him and called him a friend. My deepest sympathies to his family; may Tony rest in peace.
Thank you so much, Ray. Tony enjoyed his work and especially the friendships he made over the years.
