elevated C1D24 Obituary
It is with deep sorrow and much love that we mourn the passing of Divina Greco (nee Donato), at the age of 97 on Tuesday, October 7, 2025.  Beloved wife of Oliverio (predeceased). Cherished mother of Teresa (the late Tony), Mirella (Michael) and Anna (Louie). Devoted and proudest Nonna to Vanessa (Paul), Giorgio (Jennifer), Anthony (Kaleena), Louie (Tala), Adrian (Roya), Julian (Gemma) and Jacquelyn (Husam). Divina cared deeply for her husband, children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren. Her family meant everything to her.

elevated C1D24 Divina was born in Calabria, Italy. She was a talented professionally trained seamstress/tailor who taught tailoring skills while operating her own business. One of the first boss ladies in our family.

elevated C1D24 Divina immigrated to Canada in 1958 with her family. She continued to work and with her husband provided a loving family home to her three girls and later to her many grandchildren.
Divina was a perfectionist and set high standards for herself in all she accomplished. Being a professionally trained tailor, she would often find ready to wear clothing sub-standard. She believed clothing should be perfect inside and out.

elevated C1D24 Divina was regarded affectionately as a very quiet reserved woman. You would often find her working in her sewing room listening to opera music. Her love story with Oliverio will forever live on. We love you Mom, Nonna, Bisnonna.
