elevated PVhf1 It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Gabriella on March 23, 2021 in Toronto, Canada. She was born in San Martino di Lupari, Padova, Italy. She was the beloved wife of Remo for over 63 years. She was a wonderful mother to her daughters Jenny (Frank), Lidia (George) and a very proud and adoring nonna to Nicholas and Emily. She is also greatly missed by her brothers, sisters, their spouses, nieces, nephews as well as friends in Canada and in Italy.
elevated PVhf1 Due to COVID-19, a private funeral mass and entombment will be held at Holy Cross Catholic Funeral Home and Cemetery.
elevated PVhf1 In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimer Society of Canada.

Ne sentiranno profondamente la mancanza i fratelli, le cognate, i nipoti e tutti gli amici italiani e canadesi.

My Zia helped my nonna raise many of her younger siblings in a family of 13. It did not stop there. When she came to Canada she saw the potential here for the family and called many of them to move here. Some came and went and some stayed. The ones that stayed had free room and board, meals etc while they got on their feet. Zia was selfless, cared about everyone’s well being and happiness. She listened and was not judgemental, and from time to time she would give her thoughts to ponder. The matriarch of the Rebellato family is now gone and whether or not we realize it today, there is a large hole in the Rebellato family and Zia will be missed. She would want us to carry on and enjoy all that life has to offer as life is short. Grazie Zia e Tiamo per sempre
