elevated QYJKW It is with great sadness and a heavy heart that Linda Conforzi announces the passing of the love of her life, Giacomo (Jack) Roscetti.
elevated QYJKW On June 8th, 2026 after a lengthy illness, in the warmth of their home surrounded by family and friends throughout the day, Jack was welcomed into his new home in heaven, to join his loved ones who passed before him.
elevated QYJKW Born on November 22, 1944 in Calascio, L’Aquila, Italy to parents Tancredi & Matilde. Jack was a devoted brother of the late Gino (Silvana), the late Ennio & Anna, the late Radio (Elsa), the late Maria & Lino, Paolo (Maria) and Valerio (Loredana). Adored Zio to many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
elevated QYJKW Together, Jack and Linda built a strong and beautiful life following both English and Italian traditions, with deep family bonds and fruitful lasting friendships. This included many memorable holidays during their 41 years together.
elevated QYJKW Professionally, Jack built his career on integrity, strong leadership, and vision, earning widespread respect in the construction industry and various other business ventures with his partner Valerio. He was always very grateful for everyone who contributed to their company successes, especially Christine and his other dedicated employees past and present.
elevated QYJKW Jack lived life to the fullest. He thoroughly enjoyed work, exercising (200-300+ push-ups a day), and sharing his love for athleticism with Linda, his nephews, nieces, great-nephews and great nieces and anyone else who would listen to his advice to work toward a healthy lifestyle.
elevated QYJKW In his spare time, Jack loved golfing with his friends and family members, and special buddies at Clublink where he especially enjoyed those holes filled with laughter, friendly competition and the simple pleasure of good company. He also looked forward to and enjoyed his monthly card games with his long time buddies.
elevated QYJKW Jack will always be remembered for his love, kindness and an unwavering commitment to his family and friends, and helping others in any way that he could. He will be deeply missed and warmly remembered by his extended family and friends in both Canada and Italy.
