elevated VcmyU With humble acceptance of God’s will, the family announces the passing of Manuel Martinho Da Costa on December 15, 2025 at his home in Mississauga at the age of 82.

elevated VcmyU Manuel survived by his wife of 58 years, Maria Filomena Da Costa. He was a father to Vitor (Maria), grandfather to Victoria ( Frankie), Sianna ( Roberto) and great grandfather to Mateo and Emilio.

elevated VcmyU Manuel was a man of extraordinary strength and resilience  who fought the illness of dementia.

elevated VcmyU Manuel was born on March 28 1943, in Sao Mateus, Pico Azores. He took great pride in his home he built and immigrated to Canada for a better lifestyle.

elevated VcmyU Manuel spent many joyful hours in his backyard gardening and he loved his desserts.

elevated VcmyU He will be dearly missed and always remembered.

elevated VcmyU In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to be made in Manuel’s memory to the Alzheimer Society of Canada
