May she Rest In Peace.
Warner,Erica, and Alanna,
Monica’s generous spirit and ready smile brought sunshine and warmth into every room she entered. She was my golf buddy, walking companion, my reference library of books and movies to watch, but above all, a dear friend. Over the years, our golf got a little better but the fun and laughter on the fairways definitely evolved into a fine art!!! I will miss Monica more than words can say. She is forever in my heart. Every memory is a cherished one.
I am so saddened to hear of Monica’s passing. Monica was such a kind friend. I enjoyed golfing, walking, playing cards online, great dinners both at Islington and at new and fun restaurants. She would outlast everyone on the dance floor at Islington. She so kindly offered to be my Uber driver after my car was stolen.
My heart goes out to Warner and her daughters. She will be fondly remembered and always missed. It was my honour to know her and enjoy her company.
Monica had a big heart. She was a generous soul filled with kindness and gratitude. I am sincerely sorry for your loss and offer my heartfelt condolences. May you find some comfort knowing God has taken another Angel home.
Dear Alanna and Erica
I’m so sorry for your loss. I remember Monica always walking around the neighbourhood smiling. The days and months ahead will be very difficult so let the memories that you have in your heart help you to get through the tough days ahead.
My Amazing Friend Monica
So Grateful for the years of friendship and all the shared adventures.
Forever in our hearts
Dear Warner, Erica and Alanna. I am so very sorry. Monica was the spark plug of our little group of golfing girls and we are devastated at her untimely passing. She was like a little chickadee: cheery, happy, energetic and always outside walking…even in winter…she was á special friend to so many of us. We miss her already.
Warner, Erica and Alanna
I am deeply saddened by the loss of our dear Monica. She was such a special person who was so caring and generous. She made the world a better place. I feel so fortunate to have met her and will always cherish our friendship and memories together – the laughs we had on the golf course; our stops for frozen yogurt at Magoo’s; walking and shopping along Queen Street; sharing news and stories about our kids; playing cards; talking about our favourite shows; our dinners out……
I will miss her so much.
Wishing the three of you peace and comfort.
Warner, Erica and Alanna, it is with sadness that Monica has passed. She was a wonderful person and caring soul. She always made me feel a better person just by being around her even if infrequent.
Our special angel called Monica is finally in heaven, free of pain and where she righteously belongs. How I can go on to golf and enjoy outings again without her is beyond me for she brought fun, laughter and love to everything she did. Monica taught me that in life, you have to work with the hand that is dealt to you so live each day in a happy and healthy way. Ti amo Monica. ❤️
Warner, Erica and Alanna,
So sorry for your loss. My deepest condolences to you and your family. I am grateful I had the opportunity to meet Monica. Thinking of you all.
Warner, Alanna and Erica,
Monica such a dear friend, wonderful neighbour and an amazing caring individual.
I will miss our walks, talks and much more. I am so very blessed to have known her.

Monica, our lovely neighbour who walked miles, always with a smile and a chat with everyone she met. A true inspiration, full of knowledge, sharing her kind and thoughtful words of wisdom. Our hearts go out to Warner, Erica, and Alana.
Dear Warner, Erica & Alanna,
Monica was a true friend & cared deeply about everyone. It was her nature to take care of others. I will never forget her kindness to me over the 30 years we have known each other. Who can I jab now about “The Habs” losing (besides my husband)? I will miss her support and kind words of wisdom. Heaven just gained a new angel.
I’m so sorry to hear of Monica’s much too early passing. I enjoyed golf with her as a guest at Islington, discussing movies and seeing her over the years at Village Trattoria. She was a wonderful person.
My sincere condolences to you and your family Warner. I can only hope that your memories of Monica and your life together will be a rich blessing for all of you for many years ahead.
So so sad to hear the news. Monica was a good friend in high school, where we shared lots of laughs and great teenage experiences. She was always kind, energetic and joyful. We reconnected a few years back and I’m so saddened to know that was the last time. She will always have a special place in my life memories. My thoughts and sympathies are with the family, Cathy Fox and all of her good friends. May her memories be a blessing. 💔
It’s unconscionable to me to accept Monica is gone.
My deepest, heartfelt condolences to Warmer, Erica and Alanna
