elevated jM4Rj God called Saverio Valana peacefully on the morning of July 14th, 2025. He will unite and rejoin with his beautiful wife Giuseppina Valana in the grace of Heaven. Cherished by his four children Tina (Gino), Marlene (Fiore), Pasqualino (Nadia), and Robert (Sonia). Saverio’s dedication to hard work and craftsmanship touched the lives of many throughout his years. He will be held dear in the hearts of all who knew him. He served a noble purpose and guard for the Knights of Columbus and lived his life in grounded Catholic faith. Though he may be gone today, Saverio will never be forgotten.
To my dear cousins our sincere condolences on the passing of your father and our Zio. He was always a pleasure to talk to, he made you look towards the positives in life. It’s very sad that generation has left us. They worked so hard to give us a start in life. He will never be forgotten. Love Peter Maria Brian and Melissa
Dear cousins, we are deeply close to you in this moment of great pain for the loss of Uncle Sam.
His memory will always remain alive in our hearts and in that of Uncle Ciccio.
The most heartfelt condolences from Davide, Francesca, Ciccio and Emma.
Our sincere condolences to the Valana family. We met Sam at Parkway Gardens many years ago. He was a gentle and pleasant man. It was a pleasure knowing him. We have many wonderful memories of our time together.
To all of our Valana Family. We were so saddened to hear of Zio’s passing. He was always smiling & laughing, his humor will be missed. Loved the stories of when they all came to Canada. Lots of hard work and sacrifice so we could live a better life. He will be sadly missed by everyone who knew him. He set an example for us all.
Love to all Bruno, Sherri, Laura and Sara Valana
My deepest condolences to the Valana family. Sam was my dad’s best friend and when I was around 6 years old he told me that they were “blood brothers”. I didn’t really understand what that meant, but I knew I wanted one too. The things I remember most about Sam was his infectious smile and his devotion to his family. I am so lucky to have known him. Sending love to all those who knew him and miss him. He will be remembered.
Our thoughts and prayers are with the Valana family. We will remember Sam’s love, laughter and all the fun times and music at the summer picnics. A true dedicated family man. An honor to have known him. Vickilynn, Gregory, Nicole and extended family.
Dear all of you cousins, we are deeply saddened for your and our loss too.
Uncle Sam remains in our memories forever and we are all happy having seen him few years ago in that special Valana brothers’ reunion.
Love to all of you,
Laura, Giuseppe, Martina and Tommaso.
Our deepest condolences to the entire Valana family on the loss of your father, grandfather, and great grandfather. You are in our thoughts and prayers, Domenic and Marisa Nicoletta.
