elevated IrQ0F Anna Szczokot passed away peacefully on September 8, 2018 at Southlake Hospital at the age of 91. Anna will now be reunited with her husband Kazimierz and her son Richard. Anna was a devoted mother to Raymond (Elizabeth), and Arthur (Tammie). Anna was an adored grandmother to Justin and Zachary. Anna will be deeply missed by all who knew her. Special thank you to nurses Angela and Nadine for all your loving care to Anna.

So sorry to only just learn of my Godmother’s passing. My thoughts and prayers are with your family. We spent many hours on the phone laughing and joking around. She will be greatly missed. May she rest in peace. God Bless
I am so sorry to hear about the loss of your mother. I remember visiting her house many times when we were younger. She was always so happy and cheerful. She was also my godmother. Thinking of you, Raymond and Arthur in this difficult time.
