elevated pT2Xe Obituary

elevated pT2Xe It is with great sadness and heartbreak that we announce the sudden passing of our mother, Jane Stolte on Saturday October 27, 2018 at Toronto, ON.

elevated pT2Xe Jane leaves behind her grown children: Michael (Nicolina), Ann (Ron), Mark (Joanne), Brian, & Kevin (Maria), along with her grandchildren: Paul, Christine, Christopher, Stephanie, Melissa, Matthew, Meghan, Hailey, Claudia, Brendan, Bradley & Christian and great-grandchildren; Brooke-lyn, Emmanuel, Sophia & Matteo who are devastated at losing a truly amazing matriarch we were so blessed with.

elevated pT2Xe The daughter of John Frederick Feeney and Mary Etta Feeney (nee Tull), Jane grew up in London, Ontario with a love for family, baseball, hockey and her dogs. On a 1959 visit to Toronto for a Grey Cup weekend, she met Paul Francis Stolte (d.1994) and fell in love. Being an only child, she was determined to have a large family and was a completely dedicated and loving mother to her five children, and any neighbourhood kid that happened to come by she made feel welcome and safe. Always the life of the party, Jane had a knack for remembering names and details most would forget. This is because she cared.

elevated pT2Xe Our sincere gratitude extends to all of the doctors, nurses, EMS and hospital staff at MacKenzie Health and Toronto Western Hospital and for their warm, kind, empathetic, genuine loving care & concern for our mother.

elevated pT2Xe In lieu of flowers if you wish, donations can be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation of Canada.
