elevated nlL0r Stanek, Stanley Bohuslav – Passed away peacefully, surrounded by his loving family on August 13 at home. Beloved husband of Betty for over 60 years. Dearest dad to Becky (Kumsal). Cherished brother-in-law to Don Antosh and Don Oldfield. Also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.

I haven’t seen Stanley before. Just from the photos Becky and Kumsal shared. I always remember him from the photos enjoying his time while playing golf. And stories my brother told me him teaching my brother how to play golf.
I feel sorry for his family.

We were very sad to hear of Uncle Stan’s passing. Our deepest condolences to Aunt Betty & Becky. Know that Uncle Stan continues to be surrounded by love and is at peace. I know my Mom was there to greet him in heaven. Much love and comfort to Aunt Betty & Becky.
Aunt Betty and Becky, Janie and I send our sincerest condolences for your loss of Uncle Stan, our thoughts and prayers are with you and Uncle Stan. Unfortunately I haven’t seen much of Uncle Stan in many years, but I do remember that he always took interest in what was happening in my life and would ask what was next. I also remember him having a sense of humour and was pretty quick with a joke or a jab.
Betty,You and I go back a long way. Becky, I remember a scrawny kid when you were born.Ever so sorry for your loss. I go back a long way with Stanley ( I used to joke with him, and call him the Honky from across the pond). I especially remember, the company I was working for went on strike, I needed a job, I had a family to take care of. Stan at that time was working for a company that sold aluminum windows and doors. Stan took me under his wing and showed me how to install windows and doors. Got me a job with his company as an installer. I’m going to tell you that job saved my ass and kept us going until my company went back to work. Always appreciated, more than Stan would ever know. Stanley, You have a chance to walk with Angels, don’t screw it up. BYE DON
