It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved Mother, Grandmother and Great Grandmother Rita Therese Galea. Peacefully at Credit Valley Hospital on Friday April 2, 2021 at age 91. Born in Marsa, Malta. Predeceased by her loving husband John of 66 years.

elevated XmDOM Beloved Mother of Ted (Carol), Rosemary (Saverio), Michael (Angela), and Julie (Wendy). Forever loved Nanna of Christopher (Elizabeth), Jennifer (Corrado), Cristina (Vito), Jacqueline (Andrew), John, Cody (Danielle), Olivia, Lauren and Michelle.

elevated XmDOM Cherished Biznanna of Michael, Giuseppe, Giuliano, Serafina and Eleanor. Arrangements have been made at Assumption Cemetery. Due to COVID-19, the funeral is restricted to immediate family only. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations, in memory of Rita Galea, may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
