elevated 20CIb Peacefully passed away surrounded by her loving family on January 30, 2022 at the age of 90. Beloved wife of the late Mario. Caring and devoted mother to Marcellino, Joe (Lucie), Nancy (Manuel). Proud Nonna to Daniel, Linda and the late Steven. Maria Giovanna will be remembered in the hearts of many family and friends.

elevated 20CIb The family will receive friends at the Holy Cross Catholic Funeral Home 211 Langstaff Road East (west of Bayview Ave.) from 8:30 am to 10:30 am on Saturday February 5, 2022. A Private Mass of Christian burial will take place within the funeral home in the Chapel of St. Joseph following visitation by invitation only due to the COVID restrictions. The final rite of committal and entombment will take place privately at Holy Cross Catholic Cemetery (8361 Yonge Street Thornhill). Maria was a wonderful, friendly neighbor with whom we became friends for over 25 years. She meant so much to our daughter Ruby. The beautiful memories will always be treasured. Maria will forever be missed.
