elevated f2k8B It is with the heaviest of hearts that we announce the passing of Sophie Agnes Martin. She passed away peacefully surrounded by family on June 7th, 2023, at the age of 83
elevated f2k8B She leaves behind her best friend Carl of 37 years, her daughter Michele(Ken) sons Peter(Sandra) John(Denise) Norman(Donna) D’Arcy(Tina)
elevated f2k8B Remembered by her grandchildren Paul(Nicola) Taylor, Jason, Victoria(Nick), Emilee(Peter) Kristian, Carter, Mackenzie, Jaden and Declyn. Great Grandmother to Abigail, Lucas, Jack, and Hudson. She will also be missed by all her cousins in Canada, United States and Poland, as well as Chris(Brenda)
elevated f2k8B We are comforted to know she joins her parents Barbara and Marjan Marchut and her brother Richard.
elevated f2k8B She will be remembered for her zest for life, her generous heart, overwhelming kindness and the love for her family and friends.
elevated f2k8B In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Alzheimer’s Society, Dementia Foundation and Canadian Cancer Society.

She was a beautiful woman who will be remembered fondly. She always made me smile and laugh. Sending our deepest condolences and love to everyone in her family.

We will always remember Sophie as she’s was a beautiful person who always made my family and I feel welcome. My kids fondly remember her inviting us over for swims. And would give us permission to use her pool anytime. Sending my condolences, prayers and love to the family and friends 🙏❤️
