elevated Wm330 Arthur Stanley Larman, born May 22, 1934 passed away at Cortellucci Hospital with loved ones by his side on July 25, 2026 – four years and eleven months to the day after the passing of his beloved wife, Lucy. He was a devoted husband, a loving father, and the best grandfather in the world. He is survived by his four children (Adrienne (Larry), Michele, Paul (Linda), and Andrea), eight grandchildren (Sarah (Farah), Abraham, David, Teresa, Emily, Alexandra, Ryan (Megan), and Kurtis “Kurt”), his great grandchildren (Reid and Cali), his incredible care team who became family (Lily, Montse, “Little” Montse, Itzel, and Gino), and the countless friends he made and cherished in his 92 years on this earth. He saw and approached everything with love, joy, positivity, warmth, wisdom, and, of course, a joke. He took absolutely nothing for granted, and counted himself blessed every day. Arthur and the unmeasured impact he made on this world and all the lives he touched will be eternally missed.

Thank you Lynne. We were blessed to have as much time as we did with my dad. He will be forever remembered and cherished in our hearts.
My heart is heavy knowing that such an amazing man is no longer with us. He was always so kind, welcoming, and caring towards me, and he made me feel like part of the family. I will always be grateful for the love, warmth, and kindness he showed me. He was a wonderful grandfather and an even more beautiful person and it was so clear how deeply he loved his family. We are so sad to say good bye to Uncle Art. Our two families made so many childhood memories together. Uncle Art lived his faith in his generosity to others in particular in his regular donations to the Red Cross. He was proficient in Karate and painting and was a life long Leafs supporter. He had a quick wit and we will always remember his unique chuckle. Uncle Art counted his blessings and was grateful for each day. Our condolences to the Larman family.

I will always look back fondly on my childhood memories with Uncle Art, and how he started every family speech with a pointed joke about his short stature, though was never short on humor and love. May he rest in peace and now be reunited with Aunt Lucy. Thinking of you all.

Art holds a special place in my heart. His inclusive love for all people and things he met along his life’s journey was a gift and lesson to cherish. It was always heartwarming to see the 2 brothers (Art and Ray) interact with such loving jesting. Art’s humor and deep love of family will always be remembered.
Lucy and Art generously welcomed me into the family. It was a delight to know such a love story of friends and family.

I have the deepest admiration for Uncle Art. He was an exemplary family man, and showed it through his actions.
He provided guidance and assistance to me and my family when we really needed it. Without this, I don’t think I could have survive those rough times.
He definitely was Christian through his actions and deeds. Someone to be emulated and admired.
I miss his jokes and good humour. He had a wonderful acclectic set of interests from coin collecting to karate.

Memories, memories, such beautiful memories, ones that will last forever in our minds and hearts. How could we forget Lucy and her hospitality as she set up the table for a cup of tea and a few treats. Art at one end of the table and Bernie at the other with Adrienne and Karen looking in awe as Art in his Maple Leafs sweater on and Bernie a staunch Boston Bruins fan trade friendly jabs at each other.
Art was small in stature but in many ways a very big man with a very loving heart. During his last number of years he showed great courage and determination. In his difficult journey he was supported by a wonderful and supportive family.
Adrienne and family, the love and support you gave to your beloved Dad was beautiful to behold.
Memories, beautiful and unforgettable! How blessed we are to have known Art and shared such precious moments with all of you.
