It is with profound sadness that the family announces the sudden passing of Rick Maiolino on Wednesday, August 5th at the age of 62.

elevated s2wMs Beloved husband of 36 years to Antonella and devoted father of Natasha (Anthony), Justin, Nicole and Jordan. He is lovingly remembered by his mother Maria (late Vincenzo), and his siblings Franca (Pino), Lina (Claudio), Tony and Joe (Marisa). He is also lovingly remembered by his mother in law Maria (late Paolo), and his brothers- and sister-in-law Tony (late Karen) and Lina (Enio).

Rick will be deeply missed and remembered by his many nieces and nephews, cousins, close friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing him.

Taken far too soon, he leaves behind a lifetime of love that will never be forgotten. His wife and children were his greatest joy and meant everything to him. He was a generous man with a kind heart, always willing to give to those he loved. He found happiness in the simple things, his home, his property, and especially his farm, where he took great pride in the life he had built. His memory will live on in the hearts of his family and all who had the privilege of knowing and loving him.

Lea, Marilena, John and I wish to extend our deepest sympathies to cousin Antonella along with the children on this unbelievably sad and shocking news.
Unfortunately, we had disconnected in the last few years for no good other than lives drift but I always found Rick to be a rock- solid, kind and a generous soul. Heaven is now a better place because he now there. That’s the only reason way I can think about this. He was needed someplace else. His legacy will continue to live on in his family and friends who knew him best.

Dearest Antonella and family, my deepest and heartfelt condolences to you all.
I’m still in shock as I’m sure you all are. I will always remember Rick as a sweet loving person. He always had a smile and a happy demeanour about him.
