elevated Rv8pM Obituary
In Loving Memory of Antonio Pelosi

elevated Rv8pM It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Antonio Pelosi, caring husband, father, Nonno, great grandfather, brother, Zio and friend. He is now united in peace with his parents, siblings and beloved son Luciano. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the University Health Network in memory of Antonio Pelosi.

elevated Rv8pM On Tuesday, October 27, 2026 at the age of 91, Antonio passed away peacefully at Toronto General Hospital with his family at his side. Antonio leaves behind his loving wife of 66 years, Giovanna; his children Vince (Betty), Lucia (Erminio), daughter-in-law Laurie; grandchildren Daniel (Natasha), David, Brianna, Kevin, Sarah and greatgrandchild Victor.

elevated Rv8pM Antonio, born in Ruvo del Monte, Italy married his love from the same town and had their son Vincenzo. They moved as a family to Switzerland and lived there for many years in search of a better life and in March of 1968 moved to Canada where they finally settled. Antonio worked at Caterpillar in the paint shop for 21 years and did all he could to provide for his family. He was not a man of many words but would give you the shirt off of his back.

elevated Rv8pM Antonio was a hardworking man, he was truly a thinker and a doer. He worked endless hours in his garage fixing or trying to improve things. He also loved tending to his garden and his lawn which was one of the best ones in the neighbourhood. Coming from a family of farmers he was able to grow and nurture many flowers, fruits and vegetables, including his fig tree that was treated with great care. Throughout his lifetime Antonio continued traditions such as making wine, sausages and tomato sauce. All of this was done with the help of his wife and with patience and love.

elevated Rv8pM Family and respect were very important to Antonio and he instilled these values on to his children. He was proud of his children and grandchildren who he loved spending time with. Although Antonio had many health struggles, he lived a long happy life with his wife in his own home until this month.

elevated Rv8pM Antonio will be deeply missed but never forgotten. He will be remembered for the sacrifices he made, his steadfast work ethic, and strength. The fruits of his labour will live on through his children, grandchildren and great grandchild. May he rest in eternal peace in God’s kingdom with all the angels and saints and watch over us from heaven. You will always be loved and your memories will be cherished in our hearts forever.
