elevated LE1O2 Surrounded by his family on Monday, March 19, 2018 in his 94th year in Toronto. Predeceased by his beloved wife Rosina Carmela (nee Del Bagno). Loving Father of Jeanné-Marie (Enzo) Morson, Paul (Jane), Rosann (Rob Sambrook) and Donna (Gary) Valiquette. Dear Grandfather of Jean-Paul (Jennifer), Danielle (Amir), André (Nina), Élise (Barrett), Andrea (Chris), David (Monica), Robyn (James), Renée (Sean), Chantal, Chloé, Matthew and great-grandchildren, Kyla and Nolan. Predeceased by his cherished siblings Victor (Mary) and Frances. Dear brother-in-law of Albert Del Bagno and nephew of Vito (Eileen). He will be missed by his nieces, nephews and friends. His compassion, generosity, sense of humour, dancing, boyish laughter and mischievous grin will be remembered and celebrated for generations. A special thank you to Joan, Jovy, Josephine and all his caregivers for their support and care. Gratitude and love to Dr. Sheldon Katz. The family will receive friends at the Holy Cross Catholic Funeral Home 211 Langstaff Road East (west of Bayview Ave.) from 2 to 4pm & 6pm to 8pm on Wednesday, March 21 . A mass of Christian burial will take place within the funeral home in the Chapel of St. Joseph on Thursday, March 22 at 9:30 am. The final rite of committal and interment will take place at Holy Cross Catholic Cemetery (8361 Yonge Street Thornhill). Due to a medical condition, flowers are gratefully declined.
