YOUR INTERNSHIP WILL INCLUDE: 

• 12 Month work placement 
• Assigned Preceptor & access to experienced Class 1 Funeral Directors
• Set schedule rotation
• Develop experience with Funeral Home on Cemetery Grounds

SKILLS GAINED DURING INTERNSHIP:

• Embalm & prepare Decedents for visitation
• Visitation room set up
• Participate in directing funerals
• Attend burials on cemetery property(s)
• Gain familiarity with paperwork
• Understand various funeral merchandise offerings
• Create memorial tributes
