elevated JnYY1 March 12, 1938 – March 17, 2018

elevated JnYY1 Passed peacefully on Saturday, March 17, 2018 at the age of 80. 

elevated JnYY1 Beloved husband of Pia, cherished father of Sam and Nadia (John Paulos) and dear grandpa of Alexa and Christopher. Alfie will be fondly remembered by his many relatives and friends. 

elevated JnYY1 Alfie immigrated to Canada from Navelli, Italy when he was 11 years old and later had careers in carpentry, Canada Post and the LCBO. He was kind, generous and hard working. His passions included sports, cards, travel and family. He will be greatly missed and never forgotten.  

elevated JnYY1 The family will receive friends at the Holy Cross Catholic Funeral Home at 211 Langstaff Road East (west of Bayview Ave.) from 1-4 pm and 6-8 pm on Wednesday, March 21, 2018 and Thursday, March 22, 2018 from 10-11 am.  A Funeral Mass of Christian burial will take place within the funeral home in the Chapel of St. Joseph on Thursday, March 22, 2018 at 11:30 am. The final rite of committal and entombment will take place at Holy Cross Catholic Cemetery.
