elevated e9hCV Obituary
It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Anna Malfara (Pallotta) a beloved mother, grandmother, sister and aunt. She passed away peacefully surrounded byher loving family on April 4th 2026 and now reunited with her husband Giuseppe.

elevated e9hCV  She leaves behind a legacy of unwavering love, generosity, children, grandchildren, extended family, whose lives were made richer by her presence. She is the loving mother of Tony (Maryanne), Cathy (John), Pina, Jerry (Yolanda), Joe (Chris), Gianni and Gennaro (deceased). Adored Nonna of Rachel, Andrew, Daniel, Maria, Joseph, Sammy, Olivia, Matteo, Michael, Matthew, Julia, Marcus, Luke and Zoe. She is survived by siblings Giovanna, Geraldina, and Antonio and predeceased by Madelena, Carmelina and Mario. Though she is no longer with us, her spirit lives on in every shared meal, every act of kindness, and every moment of love.

elevated e9hCV Born in the small town of Cervinara Italy, on November 1st 1930, Anna carried the spirit and resiliency of her homeland with her as she immigrated to Canada where she met her husband Giuseppe. She lived her life to the fullest and shares her legacy through her cooking, her stories, and the way she welcomed others as if they were family. Her home was never without the comforting aroma of simmering sauces, fresh bread, and the infamous (probably the best ever) rice balls were shared at the kitchen table, where laughter flowed as freely as conversation.

elevated e9hCV  She had no greater joy in the world than her children and grandchildren. You could be sure to find her at the head of the table as the undeniable centre of attention, singing you a song, laughing, and dancing.

elevated e9hCV Anna was the heart of her family and she had a rare gift: she made each person feel deeply valued and loved. Her arms were always open, her door never closed, and her kindness knew no limits.  May her unwavering religious faith and sacrifices on earth for her children carry her into eternity.  We are forever grateful for her strength and love and how she gave everything she had to others.

elevated e9hCV Anna will be profoundly missed, forever cherished, and always remembered as the Mother, Nonna and Zia who loved everyone with an open heart—and was loved just as deeply in return. Please join us in paying our final respects and sending her off into the loving arms of eternal rest and peace.
