My dear stric Branko. I am heartbroken to hear you have passed. You were the last Herceg, living extension of my tata and every time I had the chance to see you and hug you, it was truly special for me. I pray you have found your way to all of your siblings and loved ones, whom you without a doubt, fiercely defended no matter the situation. Rest in peace Stric, in the loving arms of the angels and may we all keep you in our hearts forever. My sincerest condolences to you teta Ankica, Renata, Ervin and family

Dragi Kum Branko. I’m heartbroken. Some of my earliest and fondest memories are with you Kume. Your stories, your laughter, your presence … it all lives on in me and with so many of us who loved you so very much. Today we remember a man whose strength, humor and generosity shaped our lives in quiet, powerful ways. I’m grateful for all the moments we shared. You made all of us Egredzija kids feel special. You will be missed Bronco. You’ll always have a special place in my heart. Always taking care of everyone and everything around the house and you never really asked for much in return. I think the only thing that really made you mad was the birds stealing your fish from the pond. I have so many great memories of the times we shared. Thank you for being part of my journey.
Mr. Herceg. I will always be grateful to the kindness and love you always shared with my dad, myself Trish and Michael. I will never forget your warm greeting whenever we came over- loudly boasting that your “little angel” was here, and then promptly reminding me of the times you changed my diaper on the kitchen floor. Even though it was very difficult to hear of your passing, I am comforted by the fact that your light will continue to shine though your family who all also carry the same warmth and joy in life that you did.
To the Herceg family, I send my deepest condolences and every ounce of love your way. I am keeping you all in my thoughts and prayers.
