elevated HTcz8 Claudia Olivia (Bartholomeusz) DeCouto
elevated HTcz8 Claudia passed away peacefully at Credit Valley Hospital on March 8, 2018 surrounded by her family. At the age of 91, she was predeceased by her Husband Sylvester (1988) of 36 years, four sisters and two brothers in India. She will be forever remembered by her daughter Laurene (Darryl), her grandchildren Mirelle (Chris), Shenelle (Dan), Liselle (Michael), her great grandchildren Kennedy, Grayson and Kate and her sisters Maureen and Eula.
Claudia was born in India and was a teacher for many years before moving to Canada in 1991 to join her family. She will be greatly missed by her large extended family including nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and students who live here in Canada as well as different parts of the world.
elevated HTcz8 A special thanks to her personal support workers who helped care for Claudia over the last few years and the nurses and health providers at Credit Valley Hospital for the care they provided over the last few weeks of her life.
