It is with great sadness, that I share with you the passing of Clifford J. Legere on May 28th, 2025; son of Julie and Charles Legere, beloved husband of the late Norma Legere (Brown), devoted father of Darrell Legere (Marina) and Brian Legere, dear brother of Florida Cousins, Doris Murphy, and Linda Blanchard (Tom), predeceased by brothers Leo Legere, Arthur Leger, and sister Noella Lavigne.
elevated FLqzz He will be fondly remembered by his sister-in-laws Lena Legere and Rose Marie Jones and by his many nieces and nephews as well as extended family members and friends.
elevated FLqzz Cliff’s early years were spent in Minto, New Brunswick. From there he moved to Ontario where he met his wife Norma and raised his family. Cliff adored his wife and was a proud father of his sons Darrell and Brian. Family life was an important aspect of Cliff’s life.
elevated FLqzz Another passion that Cliff had was his love of music. He had the privilege to entertain with many famous country singers and musicians throughout his lifetime. Along the way, he was able to give back to the community by volunteering and donating proceeds of his recorded CD’s to various causes and affiliations including the Credit Valley Hospital and the Catholic Church. He also participated in musical events to raise funds to support fellow musicians.
elevated FLqzz Cliff will be remembered as a very caring and selfless individual with a kind heart. His warmth and his genuine personality was instantly felt by those who knew him. Cliff had a very positive outlook in life where he always saw the bright side of things in trying times or in difficult situations. Finally, his greatest virtue was the tremendous love he had for his family and friends. Cliff thoroughly enjoyed spending time with loved ones; and above all things, his family came first. He treasured times spent with them and always looked forward to seeing them again. Cliff has given us wonderful memories to cherish and has enriched our lives in many ways.
