elevated aQHGV It is with heavy hearts we announce the peaceful passing of Estrella on November 1, 2018 at the age of 72. She has been reunited with her husband Napoleon. Loving mother of Naomi (Mark), Michelle (Chris) and Christopher (Theresa). Sweet Lola of Taiya, Aiden, Aurelia and Eloise. She will be deeply missed by her siblings both here and the Philippines.
elevated aQHGV The family will receive friends at the Holy Cross Catholic Funeral Home, 211 Langstaff Road East (west of Bayview Ave.) on Monday from 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. with a celebration of Estrella’s life at 7 p.m. A Funeral Mass will take place within the funeral home in the Chapel of St. Joseph on Tuesday, November 6, 2018 at 11:30 a.m. The final rite of committal and interment will take place at Holy Cross Catholic Cemetery (8361 Yonge Street Thornhill). A reception will follow the interment at Holy Cross Catholic Funeral Home. As an expression of sympathy, donations may be made to Canadian Blood Services or the Canadian Cancer Society.
Our condolences go out to the Uy family on this sad occasion. She was a lovely and kind-hearted individual whose memory will continue to inspire joy and love in all those whose lives she touched. May she rest in peace.
