elevated vNgy6 Obituary

elevated vNgy6 With sadness in my heart and tears in my eyes I am faithful that God has gained another Angel. My youngest brother and my best friend, Frank Goulart, passed away after a long battle with skin cancer that spread to his lungs. Frank was born on October 20, 1961 and passed away on September 8, 2021.

elevated vNgy6 Frankie as everyone called him was the favourite uncle, the loving brother and the loyal friend to so many who loved him and cherished his loving, caring and happy presence. Frankie will be missed by all who knew him and who were touched by his love and kindness. Although he was my younger brother he was my protector, my supporter and my guiding light. His honesty, his loyalty, his courage, his humble nature, his hard working nature, his ability to connect with everyone will always be remembered and will continue to inspire me and his loving family and friends.

elevated vNgy6 Frankie was preceded in death by our parents, Isabel Arruda Silveira and Jose Marcelino Silveira Goulart, our oldest brother Tony Goulart and our youngest sister Maria da Conceicao. Frankie is survived by his sisters, Maria Fatima Laudelinda da Silveira, Leontina Amaral, Teresa Soares, Eugenia Barato, Evelina DaCosta and his brothers Joe Goulart and Manuel Goulart(Silveira).

elevated vNgy6 Frankie loved his family and friends including his in-laws(Rosa, Anna, Terri, Manuel, Tony and Fausto)and his numerous nephews, nieces, cousins and extended family. Frankie will be missed by his long time friends Mark, Rick and Ricardo, his golfing partner; as well as all his colleagues at Larson Juhl where he worked for many years.

elevated vNgy6 Here is a portion of one of his last texts that he shared with me.

elevated vNgy6 We have an amazing family absolutely truly amazing and God blessed me with such a wonderful caring loving family. Have a good nite love you always and forever ❤️💞💗

elevated vNgy6 I am so blessed to have had my beautiful brother. Rest In Peace, Frankie. Until we see each other again.

elevated vNgy6 The family would like to thank Dr. Marcus Butler, Dr. Mauricio Ribeiro and all the other doctors, nurses and staff at Princess Margaret Hospital who were so kind and compassionate during the many years of treatment that Frank endured. In lieu of flowers feel free to donate to this first class hospital.
