elevated 5FtKg It is with great sadness that our family announces the passing of Giorgio on December 23, 2018 surrounded by family. Affectionately known as “Georgie”, he had a passion for construction, Western movies, Legos and his Family. Beloved husband of 34 years to Joanne. Loving father of Robert, Daniel (Cristina) and Evonna. Cherished Nonno of the triplets Juliana, Camilla and Luca. Loving brother of Anna Cannataro (Tony) and brother-in-law of Frank Lippa (Lorna). Predeceased by his parents Raffaele and Ivonne. Adored son-in-law of Mario and Maria Lippa. He will be deeply missed by his uncles, aunts, cousins and nephews.The family will receive friends at the Holy Cross Catholic Funeral Home, 211 Langstaff Road East (west of Bayview Ave.) on Friday, December 28, 2018 from 2-8 p.m. A Funeral Mass will take place within the funeral home in the Chapel of St. Joseph on Saturday, December 29, 2018 at 9:15 a.m. The final rite of committal and entombment will take place at Holy Cross Catholic Cemetery (8361 Yonge Street Thornhill).
