In Loving Memory of Halina
Halina, beloved mother, babcia, aunt and friend, passed away on August 6th at the age of 71. She was the devoted mother of Izabel and Arthur, and a proud, loving grandmother to Henry, Bodhi, Noah, and Ellery.
Halina was a resilient woman and inspired us all. She found joy in life’s quiet pleasures—tending to her garden, completing puzzles, reading her favourite books, walking the dog and most of all, spending time with those she loved. Her warmth, strength, and kindness touched everyone who knew her.
She leaves behind a legacy of love and will be deeply missed, forever held in the hearts of her family and friends.
Dear Sawa family,
We are deeply saddened to know that we have lost one of our dog moms at the park. Halina was always so gracious and kind, soft spoken and caring. When we lost our Dorian unexpectedly, she supported me in kindness and love. We will miss her visits to the park with her beloved Peaches but will continue in our hearts. As I use one of her homemade ‘scrubbies’, I will be reminded of her generosity. Tomorrow the dog moms will be having a moment of silence for Halina in the park at 10 am. Thank you for touching our lives Halina. Gena and Kevin
Dear Sawa family and friends. Our sincerest condolences and prayers are with you. Halina will be missed by her dog park family here in Port Rowan. If Peaches managed to run away from Halina, she always knew that she would find her at the park. Halina was a warm, kind hearted, cheerful woman. As Gena has said we will all be thinking of you and especially Halina at 10:00 am tomorrow morning.
Best wishes from Anne, Alan, Poppy and Daisy
To Halina!
I’m also one of those dog moms as you know, Halina! Thank you for letting us become friends with you. You were kind and gentle and sweet with all of us and our dogs. Bringing Peaches and yourself to the park sparked laughter and more friendship between us all. You will be missed my friend. Really missed! Don’t forget us Halina! We’ll meet again someday and we will carry right on with all that was right with our group!! You have a beautiful heart! Be at peace and be happy where you are! Love you girl!!! And we’ll sure miss the heck out of you.
Peter, Sharon and Tega xx
To Izabel and all your family;
There are no words to express how sorry we all are about your mom, especially our dog park gang. She was the most kind, generous and decent person we have had the pleasure to know and hang out with. We will think of her and miss her every day.
Halina – we all love you!
