Ingeborg Eva Fuessel (Hehn), beloved mother, peacefully passed away surrounded by family on March 27, 2026, at the age of 96.
elevated wF2fJ She was born on March 1, 1930, in Tovarisevo, Yugoslavia, the eldest daughter of the late Michael and Magdalena Hehn.
elevated wF2fJ Inge is survived by her loving children, Michael (Marion) Fuessel, Gabriela Fuessel (Bob Barkey), Eleanor (Wayne) Snedden, and Ingrid (Larry) Brammer; her grandchildren Catherine, Patricia, Jason, Robert, Greg, Michael, Kimberly, Charlotte, and Heather; her 16 great-grandchildren; her 3 great-great-grandchildren; and her brother, Ewald (Linda) Hehn. She was predeceased by her husband, Bernhardt Fuessel (1923–1994), and her younger sister, Katherina Mayer (Hehn).
elevated wF2fJ Inge lived a life filled with love, strength, and dedication to her family. As a mother, she was caring, supportive, and endlessly devoted, always putting the needs of her children and grandchildren first. Her kind and warm spirit touched everyone who knew her.
elevated wF2fJ Inge had a deep passion for life—she loved dancing, cooking, gardening, and, above all, spending time with her family. She created a home filled with love, laughter, and cherished memories. She especially enjoyed traveling to the cottage on weekends and spending her summers there.
elevated wF2fJ Throughout her life, Inge pursued several careers, including working as a real estate agent, co-owning a construction company with Bernhardt, where they built homes, and providing home cleaning services, among others. Together, Bernie and Inge designed and built their dream home in Scarborough, which remained her residence until she later moved to a retirement home. She instilled in her children a strong work ethic and a lasting entrepreneurial spirit.
