elevated ybNr2 It is with extremely heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Josephine Egonia on Wednesday, September 11, 2024, at the age of 76. She was born on March 5, 1948, in the Philippines, where she spent her early years before eventually moving to Canada to build a life filled with love, family, and joy.

elevated ybNr2 Josephine is survived by her loving husband of 42 years, Rommel Egonia, her two devoted children, Jade and Renier, and her beloved granddaughters, Hailey and Stephanie. She also leaves behind her dear sister, Gemma Abastillas, along with extended family and friends who will miss her deeply.

elevated ybNr2 A dedicated wife, sister, mother, and grandmother, Josephine’s warmth, kindness, and generosity touched everyone she met. Her family was her pride and joy, and she devoted her life to their happiness. In her spare time, she enjoyed cooking traditional Filipino dishes, gardening, and spending precious moments with her grandchildren. Josephine’s nurturing spirit and strong values will forever remain a guiding light in the lives of those she loved.
