elevated uOph2 It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Kwok Kam Chan on Oct 26, 2021 at the age of 99. Loving mother to See-Chun, David, and Teresa, proud grandmother to Swan, Alex, Stephen, Graham, and Ronald, proud great-grandmother to Ethan, Tisha, Ian, Owen, Lucas, Leroy and Levi.

elevated uOph2 Due to COVID, a private mass and funeral will be held on Saturday, November 6, 2021 at 12:00 PM at the Chapel of St. Joseph, 211 Langstaff Road East, Thornhill, ON. If desired, donations can be made to the UHN foundation.
