Livia Maria Dora, 92, of Toronto, Ontario, passed away on Saturday, Sept 16, 2023.

elevated V3YZE Born Nov 6, 1930 in Hedrichovce (Hedri), Czechoslovakia (Slovakia), she was the daughter of the late Imre Ghillány III and Esther Ghillány.

elevated V3YZE She was preceded in death by her former husband John Dora. She is survived by 6 children Stephen and wife Élaine, Elizabeth and partner Conrad, Susan and husband Andrew, Laszlo and wife Mary Ann, Catherine and husband Edward, Thomas and wife Céline. She is also survived by her brother Emeric Ghillány. Livia Dora has 18 grandchildren Matthieu, Philippe, Devon, Kaitlin, Lana, Ryan, Amy, Alec, Christina, Alicia, Monika, Adrian, Nicholas, Daniel, Sébastien, Vivianne, Geneviève and Damien. She has 5 great grandchildren Oakley, Harley, Livia, Hugo, and Hannah.

elevated V3YZE Visitation hours are on Tuesday, Sept 26 from 4pm to 8pm at Holy Cross Catholic Funeral home 211 Langstaff Road East, Thornhill, Ontario. Funeral mass will be held on Wednesday, Sept 27 at 10:30am at the Cathedral of the Transfiguration 10350 Victoria Square Blvd, Markham, Ontario.
