elevated D1H9H With sadness, Luzia’s family announces her passing on December 22, 2023.  Predeceased by her loving husband, Humbelo Da Silva. Devoted mother to Tony, and grandmother to Michael (Tamara).  Special Aunt to Fatinha Silva (Leo), Eddie Silva and Maria Da Silva (Manuel Jorge).

elevated D1H9H Luzia was a kind, gentle soul, who followed her husband from Graciosa to Toronto, where she led her life devoted to her family and the Catholic Faith. 

elevated D1H9H A private family service will be held followed by internment at Holy Cross Cemetery on Thursday, December 28, 2023.  Memorial donations to ALS Canada and the Alzheimer Society would be appreciated in lieu of flowers.
