I have many very fond memories of Christine from her time at Our Lady of Mount Carmel and then when we met again at St Martin de Porres. She was a very kind, generous and gracious friend. She will always have a special place in my heart.
She was a bright light. 💡
Mary Christine and I met at Our Lady of Mount Carmel many years ago. We were kindred spirits and although we did not see each other very often over the years , I have great memories of our trip to France. I will miss her . She was my Friend.
I had the pleasure of often driving Christine to St. Thomas More School when we worked together. We spent hours chatting about her lovely family. She was so excited about becoming a Grandma. I can close my eyes and recall how she danced at her Retirement, glowing like a princess. She will never be forgotten.
25 years ago, when I began my teaching journey at St. Martin de Porres, I was blessed to meet a dear friend who took me under her wing. As a CYW, she guided me through a challenging Grade 8 class with unwavering kindness, nurturing love, and wisdom. Her light was the brightest in every room, and her support meant the world to me. I will always remember her with deep love and gratitude. Rest in Peace, beautiful Christine.
My sincere condolences to Christine’s family at this very difficult time. I will always remember her as a gentle soul with kindness and compassion to share when she sensed that you were at a low point. Christine nurtured friendships and never a betrayal on her lips. We worked together so well at St. Thomas More School.
Rest in the Lord, beautiful Christine.
