elevated lC1QC Primo was born in Ostra Vetere, Italy on October 27, 1926. In his early twenties he went to Belgium and worked in the coal mines to help rebuild Europe, after WW2 before coming to Canada in 1952.
Shortly after arriving in Canada, Primo joined the TTC where he was a valued and distinguished Supervisor of Way until his retirement at the age of 65. Primo enjoyed gardening and made his wine with care every fall, which he lovingly shared with family and friends.
