elevated EVE0m Born on September 12, 1923 in Vedelago, Treviso, Italy. Passed peacefully in Toronto, Ontario on Tuesday, November 27, 2018, surrounded by her loving family at the age of 95. Beloved wife of the late Artemio Bordin. Loving mother of Ernesto and his wife Rose and Sandra Casciato and her husband Camillo. Adored nonna of Matthew, Alyssa, Luca and Tomas. Dear sister of Renato and his wife Assunta, and predeceased by her siblings Eriminia and her husband Eriminio, Ernesta and her husband Sergio, Elenora and her husband Angelo and Piero. If desired, memorial donations may be made to the Sunnybrook Hospital Palliative Care Foundation.
Dear Ernesto and Sandra,
our sincere condolences to you and your families.Our thoughts and prayers are with you during this very sad and difficult time. We hope that the love of family and friends will comfort and strengthen you in the days ahead. Rest in peace Rosa. Joe, Susan, Julia, Adam and Richard Capogna.

Rosa was always so kind to me and she had such a sweet smile. She was an amazing lady and I’ll never forget the beautiful dress she sewed for my semi formal 35 years ago!

I was always greeted by Rosa with a warm smile and a great big hug. I remember the compassion she showed me when I lost my own mother. Her words in broken English that she felt so sad for me that I’d lost the one person in my life that was so irreplaceable. Rosa was an absolutely beautiful lady. Celebrate her life!!! R.I.P. Rosa. Xo
