elevated IkVhH It is with profound sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of our beloved Rudyanto Tirtatunggal, affectionately known as Rudy, on June 6, 2025, at the age of 78.
elevated IkVhH Born in Indonesia, Rudy was a devoted son, a protective brother, a loving husband, and a cherished father. A devout Catholic, his faith guided his actions and inspired those around him. Rudy was a true protector and an exemplary teacher to his children, leading by example through his volunteer work at church and by fearlessly undertaking difficult challenges for the betterment of his family. This included leaving a comfortable life in Indonesia to move his family, first to the United States and then to Canada, at the age of 45, demonstrating his unwavering dedication to their future.
elevated IkVhH Rudy was and remains an enduring inspiration and role model to his beloved wife, Ging Lee / Venny The; his loving children, Andreas Thung (Dr. Eve Choe), Roy Thung, and Max Thung; his playful grandchildren, Greyson Thung and Lucas Alexander Thung.
elevated IkVhH He is deeply missed by his surviving siblings and their spouses: Michael Handhanu Tirtatunggal, Daisy Tirtatunggal and Johannes Gunawan Wangsadipura, Wiliatno Tirtatunggal, Nancy Tirtatunggal and Harianto Prayogo, and Ridwan Tirtatunggal and Armawati Panca.
