Obituary
elevated MRoqJ With great sadness we announce that Thomas has passed away on Friday, October 27th, 2023, peacefully surrounded by his loving family. He is survived by his devoted Wife of 60 years, Lucy. Cherished father to Lawrence (Winnie), Michael (Stella) and Stephen (Winnie). Devoted Grandpa of Christopher, Katrina, Christian, Kaitlyn and Marcus. Dear Brother of Annie and the Late (Yu Shui Man (Father) and Tam Kok Ngar (Mother) and sister Tam Yuen Kwan)
elevated MRoqJ Thomas overcame several challenges growing up and life changed when he met the Love of his Life in 1960. Lucy and Thomas married on May 12th, 1963. In 1975, they brought a young family to Canada and was a turning point for the family. They always believed ‘that children come first’.
elevated MRoqJ Thomas was a humble, hard-working, kind, likeable and generous human being – a true gentlemen. He enjoyed western movies, listening to both classical and folk music and loved to dance with mom. He was a great salesman and was always a top producer in his career and loved his Cutlass Supreme. He loved gathering with family and friends for dinner and a weekly game of Mahjong. Thomas had a big heart and enjoyed keeping in touch with close family and friends.

Uncle Tom has a kind heart and a gentle spirit. Auntie Lucy and Uncle Tom was my guardian when I first came to Canada. His presence alway gave me comfort and assurance. May God’s peace and comfort be with his family.
Tom you will definately be missed. You were my friend but also a friend to so many. I have met your beautiful family & I know you were so proud of them all. We shared our memories on countless subjects, but had a few giggles about your Cutlass Supreme. I am so glad we got to enjoy so many lunches out with you and Lucy for Dim Sum. You were a very humble gentleman & may you rest in peace my friend.
