elevated wCMdX Vadim passed away suddenly, on Thursday September 26, 2019 in his 35th year. Beloved husband to Ede Omangbon, and cherished father to Naomi, he is survived by his parents, Sergiy and Valentina Martsenyuk. He will be sadly missed by his sister Alina Martsenyuk,his nephew Gianny Martsenyuk, uncle Vitaliy Myslilbovsky and uncle Oleg Martsenyuk. Vadim will be forever remembered in the hearts of many family, friends, and his colleagues with the Metro Toronto Police.

My dearest Vadim, my husband, my best friend, my everything, my life, and the father of our child. You may have departed from this earth but I know that your spirit will always be here with us, watching and protecting us from any danger. I loved you then, I love you now and I will always love you forever.
My love for you will never change. We your family missed you so dearly and our life will never be the same without you here.
I gave you my word and I kept by my promises that i would be there for you and fight with you with my very last breath and all I asked in return from you was to be strong, patience and don’t give up on us. I don’t blame you for your actions because I felt every pain that you went tru in the last 4months. The pain, the stress and the betrayal was too much for you to handle. Your heart was fragile and your were hurt by the actions of some of your colleagues.
Your job became part of your life that you couldn’t live without. I have never seen anyone so compassionate about their job they way you did.
You love your job, you love your colleagues even those that hurt you. You were so kind and gentle, always smiling and put other people needs before yours. You never knew how to say NO to people, which lead to your downfall and people prey on that and took advantage of your kindness and saw you as their scapegoat.
The question our daughter (Naomi) asked:
“Mommy why didn’t daddy hug me and tell me he was going to heaven. Mommy when can we go to heaven to see daddy because I missed him so much”.
Rest In Peace my dear. You are forever in our heart. No more pain, no more sorrow and no more worries. You are free now and your heart is at peace.
The LORD will protect you and watch over you until will meet again. I will see you again on the other side, please wait patiently for me.

Such a beautiful tribute to an amazing man. I was privileged enough to all him a friend, and work with him for a brief time.
I will miss his infectious laugh, his work ethic and professionalism. But most of all I will miss his friendship and kindness.
