So sad to hear of Vilma’s passing. I have very fond memories of the time we were both teaching at Pickering High School in the 60’s.Vilma taught Latin, and I was in the English department. She was a truly lovely lady. My condolences to her family and friends.
I remember Vilma from our teaching days in the mid 80s at L’Amoreaux C.I. in Scarborough. We were kindred spirits given that I was originally from Barbados and she from Trinidad.
