It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our dearest Vincenza Alonzi. God called onto Vincenza on Monday, March 2, 2026 just shy of her 96th birthday. She is reunited with her beloved husband Giovanni (John) and her son Vince. Vincenza loved gardening, cooking and was known as the “Ciambella Queen”. She also loved singing, dancing, a nice cold Corona and a day at the casino. She will be missed by her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren and all those who knew her.
To her friends at Aspira Villa Da Vinci, the family would like to extend our sincere gratitude for the care, compassion and many fond memories. For that we thank you.
You are invited to share your loving memories and condolences below on the wall of this website.
In lieu of flowers, if you wish, a donation box will be available at the funeral home. All contributions will be given to Aspira Villa Da Vinci Retirement Living Recreation Department.

Dear Alonzi Family.
I just learned of your dear mother’s passing. I would like to send my condolences to you and your family. I am Mary Mora Skelly. Daughter of the late Vincenzo and Anna Mora and sister of the late Dino Mora. I’m so sorry to hear of her passing. I would have loved to honour her life and legacy by attending her service. However, I just learned of her passing today. I knew her ever since I was a little girl. She had a beautiful spirit and aura filled with love. And I will always remember her. She was a strong and courageous woman, and every time I talked to her, she gave me such great inspiration and advice. I loved when she visited my parent’s house and they talked for hours at the kitchen table. And my late mother and her would talk for hours on the telephone. It was beautiful. And she was, is and always will be beautiful. Rest in peace, Zia Vincenza. Your place will be missed. Love, Mary Mora Skelly 🙏❤️
Dear Mary- absolutely remember you and your beautiful family. Our mom would have been touched by your beautiful message. She had the utmost respect for your mom and dad. Unfortunately as time carries on, we see less of each other but hold very beautiful memories ❤️ Thank you again, our very best regards to you and your family.
