Wai Har Ng
elevated 0LCZN Wai Har (Winnie) passed away peacefully at the age of 87 surrounded by her loving son and daughter at Mount Sinai Hospital on December 12th, 2020 at 5:40am. She is deeply missed by her beloved daughter Kar Mei (Jacqueline), son Kar Keung (Herbert), son-in-law James, daughter-in-law Julia, grandchildren Jennifer and Vince, relatives, and friends.
elevated 0LCZN She will always be remembered as a very kind-hearted, caring, hardworking and loving mother. She was a very dedicated teacher who cared so much for her students. She was a very knowledgeable, creative, independent and organized woman. Throughout her life, she fell in love with music and social dance where she lifted the spirits and touched so many people. She will be greatly missed by everyone.

We missed you from Hong Kong.
Still remembered your voice and the way you laugh when you are happy.
It is hard for me to put in words that how sad I felt about Aunty Ng Wai Har ‘s ( Winnie)passing. She was a wonderful teacher and lived in Hong Kong before her retirement in Toronto Canada. The first time we met was about 45 years ago .My dear Aunt was an extraordinary person: beautiful,passionate, independent, brave , humble, warm and loving.
I don’t think I had ever thanked her for everything she has done . I want to thank her that she brought tv ,tape recorders ,cassettes of Hong Kong songs to my family about 45 years ago . I loved and enjoyed those songs so much and listened to them day and night. I want to thank her that she always brought some beautiful clothes to us whenever she came to visit when I was a teenager. I want to thank her that she brought delicious candies from Hong Kong which i never tasted before . I also want to thank her Aunty Har and her Daughter Jacqueline helping me to get in university in USA . My world would be different without her in it . Her memories will live through me forever.
I am heartbroken in loss of Auntie Ng Wai Har and my deepest condolences go to my cousins ,Jacqueline and Herbert , and their families. My dearest Aunty Har , your legacy lives forever on earth and in my heart.

Dear Aunt Har Yee (Ng Wai-Har),
There are many fond memories of you beginning from when you lived with us in Hong Kong when I was a child looking up to you as a model, a guide, a care-giver to when you took me to have delicious coffee before I left Hong Kong for university in the US. You offered me wisdom and advice that will stay with me for a life time.
Your strengths, courage, self-sufficiency and independence as a single mother bringing up two children and sending them to university impressed me tremendously. .
You were a caring, warm, intelligent and capable person. You will be greatly missed.
