elevated 05r9y Peacefully passed away on June 11, 2023 at the age of 93. Maria will be reunited in heaven with her late husband Giuseppe. Caring and devoted mother to Aldo (Mary), Domenic (Carmen), Irede (Tyson), Susie (Fausto) and Dona (Vinny). Proud Nonna to Amanda, Melissa (Phil), Natalie, Joseph, Arthur (Christine), Alanna (Michael), Alexandra (Andrew), Vincent and Bis Nonna to Jackson, Juliana, Cole, Audrina, Adele, Anthony, Rocco Mikaela, Cristiano and Mia. Loving sister to Paola (Michele).

I am so sorry to here the bad news of the loss of Zia Maria. She will always be in my hearts. I can imagine her now having a coffee with my grandmother, (as she used to call her Nell’Annina) eating the pizzelle together. I saw her 2 years ago and she has never changed, being the strong woman that she was. Our deepest condolences to you all. Anna and Lucio from Roccacasale. Bacioni a tutti.

On behalf of my mom, Gilda and I would like to express our deepest heartfelt sympathy to you all on your beautiful mom Maria’s passing. Dundee Drive neighbours were a tight group and I remember the many times that Maria enjoyed hanging out with my Mom, chatting on the front porch, sipping espresso and talking about everything from politics to the best food shopping deals and her deep love for her dear family. Maria was a kind soul with an awesome sense of humour to boot! You will be missed by many! Rest in Peace Maria and God Bless!

Maria was like a grandma to me in Florida and made a lot of awesome food , pasta , authentic Italian spaghettis with a lot of love. She took care of my family in Toronto too , and her kids & grandkids were great and friendly too. My condolences to you guys. Maria, I hope this message gets to you, hope to see you again soon, I’ll always remember those great times
