Albert “Simingo” Chin, formerly of Little Wonder Bakery & Restaurant, Mandeville and Chin’s Pastry Shop, Montego Bay born December 27, 1924. He is survived by beloved wife Ching-Wan, children Kit-Har (Carlton) , Errol (Rose) and Jackie (John)
12 grandchildren
10 great grandchildren a host of relatives and friends.
He passed peacefully at home with family.
Baking in both Canada and Jamaica. He could catch the most fish with just a line and hook. You could always find him reading the newspaper. Or watching the latest Raptors game. And always ready to eat dim sum. He loved chicken foot. He loved music, playing mahjong, betting horse races and buying lottery.
He will be greatly missed by all that knew him.
Going to Miss Daddy Chin sweet and sour Duck sauce . Plenty love to the family in these difficult and strange times . We are not able to be with our loved ones to support each other and give each other a hug . My family condolences to Errol and Jackie and families. Big Hugs and plenty love
