It is with deep sadness and much love that we mourn the passing of Amândio José at the age of 85. Beloved spouse of Maria Teresa. Loving Father to Christine (Andrew). Cherished “Vovo” to Julie and Lucy.
elevated sWwkh Amândio was born in Valpacos, Portugal. He moved to Canada in 1968, where he married the love of his life and started his family. Amândio had a long and successful career in construction as a carpenter who took pride in the homes he built. He loved spending time with his family, cultivating his vegetable garden and took great enjoyment in wine making. Amândio will be lovingly remembered in the hearts of his family and friends.
