elevated mV3Jm It is with heavy hearts and much sorrow that the Sammut family announces the passing of Amante Sammut in his 90th year.
elevated mV3Jm Amante was born in Humrun, Malta in 1936. He immigrated to Canada at the age of 17. He was very proud to make Canada his home and eventually became a Canadian citizen. Amante loved spending his free time indulging in his two favourite pastimes; oil painting and photography. He continued to paint until just a couple of months ago.
elevated mV3Jm Amante is predeceased by his mother, Josephine; his father, Paul; his older brother Joseph and sister, Yvonne. He will be greatly missed by his many nieces, nephews and their extended families; as well as his close friends.

It’s with much sorror and regret that we say goodbye to our Uncle Amante. He came from Malta with his parents and siblings many years ago to start a prosperous life in Canada. Amante will be sorely missed but never forgotton. Amante will always be in the forefront of our thoughts and prayers.
