It is with great sadness that the family of Angelina (Di Martino) Di Gennaro announces her passing on September 16th, 2026, at the age of 76. Angelina was the beloved wife of Vincenzo Di Gennaro (predeceased), cherished mother of son, Emilio, daughter-in-law, Laura, son, Fabio, and daughter-in-law, Cinzia, grandmother of Luca (Bianca), Silina, Massimo and Enzo, daughter of Giuseppina and Pasquale (deceased) Di Martino and sister of Armando (Antoinetta), Isa (John) and Julie (Valentino).

elevated tHwD4 Angelina was born in Isola del Gran Sasso, Abruzzo, Italy, on September 29, 1949. She immigrated to Canada in 1966 with her parents and siblings, settling in Toronto, Ontario, where she began a new chapter of her life filled with hope, determination, and opportunity. On April 27, 1968, Angelina married the love of her life and devoted partner, Vincenzo Di Gennaro. Together they built a loving home and were blessed with two beautiful children, Emilio and Fabio.

elevated tHwD4 Angelina was a gifted seamstress whose talent and dedication were evident both in Italy and in Canada. She took great pride in her work and was admired for her skills and creativity. Angelina babysat many children over the years, sharing her warmth, patience, and care with many families. She enjoyed shopping and always appreciated the opportunity to browse for something special. Angelina expressed her love through her cooking and baking. Family gatherings were made special by the delicious meals and treats she prepared with care, generosity, and a touch of her own magic.

elevated tHwD4 Above all else, Angelina found her greatest happiness in spending time with her grandchildren, nieces, and nephews, who brought immeasurable joy and meaning to her life. Her unwavering love to those she cared for created countless treasured memories that will live on in the hearts of all who knew her. She also cherished the time she spent with her friends and neighbours, whose companionship brought her great joy throughout her life.

elevated tHwD4 Though her presence will be deeply missed, she will forever be remembered and lovingly carried in our hearts.
