elevated 6s6uI Santilli, Angiolina (nee Di Pierdomenico) 1935 – 2018
elevated 6s6uI Angiolina passed away at home peacefully on July 7, surrounded by family. Enjoying an active mind until the end, she had a chance to say goodbye: “Con ogni stelle che cade, cade anch’ io”. Predeceased by her husband of 57 years, Oriente, she will be sadly missed by her beloved children Sofia (George), Raimondo (Florence) and Anthony (Cécile) and her cherished grandchildren Jessica, Emily, Michael, Alice, Matthew, Paul and Stefanie, and sister-in-law Joyce. Angiolina will also be missed by her many nieces, nephews and friends in Canada, the US and Italy. Her family and friends will miss her loving smile, her strength and devotion to family. Born in Abbateggio, Italy, she moved to Canada as a young bride in 1956 and raised her family in Montreal before moving to Toronto. She spent the rest of her life caring for her husband, children and grandchildren and her extended family. The family would like to thank her dear caregivers Janice and Theresa for their loving support.
