Ann Cecilia Tonner passed away peacefully, surrounded by her family on January 30, 2024 at the age of 92. Beloved daughter of the late David and Julia Frame.  Beloved wife to the late Francis (1962) who she lovingly remembered throughout her life. Dearest Mother to the late Scott, Christine (Gary), and Frank. Adored Nana to Amy and Richard (Tiffany). Beloved Great-Nana of Sorayah and Great-Great-Nana of Rosalia.
