elevated Wxmfr Obituary

elevated Wxmfr It is with deep love and profound gratitude for a life defined by strength and devotion that we announce the passing of Anna Cardoni (née Vani). Anna passed away on May 11, 2026, leaving behind a legacy of hard work, honesty, and an unbreakable commitment to her family.

elevated Wxmfr Born on New Year’s Day in 1932 to Natalina and Angelo Vani, Anna’s journey was one of courage and determination. In 1955, she embarked on a life-changing voyage from Italy aboard the Queen Mary, arriving in Halifax before settling in Toronto. For many years, she was a familiar face in Toronto’s Little Italy, eventually moving to Brampton, Ontario, where she continued to be the heart of her family.

elevated Wxmfr Anna was the beloved wife of the late Sergio Cardoni, and a devoted sister to Roberto, Ernesto, and Angela. She also held a special place for her stepmother, Maria Vani. As a mother to Diana and Joe, she was a solid role model who led by example. Her honesty and occasional critiques were always rooted in a deep-seated drive to see her children and grandchildren succeed, never one to sugar-coat the truth.

elevated Wxmfr Her family was her passion. She was immensely proud of her grandchildren—Lauren, Daniel, and Nadine—and lived to see the joy of three great-grandchildren. Her life was a testament to the idea that success is built through perseverance and helping those you love.

elevated Wxmfr Anna’s memory will be cherished by all who knew her as a helpful friend with a big heart, a driven matriarch, and a woman of her word.

elevated Wxmfr In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer Society of Canada in memory of Anna.
