elevated p3vjo Peacefully passed away surrounded by her loving family on August 26, 2021 at the age of 100. Beloved wife of the late Francis Kin-On. Caring and devoted mother to the late Anthony, Thomas, Matthew (Teresa), Mary (James), Louis (Lilian), the late John, the late Rose (Stephen K), Joseph (Hannah) and Teresa (Albert). Proud Grandma to Sylvia (Penny), Stephen C, Agnes, Karen (Keith), Iris (Ash), Ambrose (Pooja), Jeremy (Chris), Vincent, Clare and Stephen L and great grandma to 7 great grandchildren: Arjun, Radhika, Kristian, Kennedy, Tom, Rita and Bernard.
elevated p3vjo Anna will be lovingly remembered in the hearts of many family and friends.
elevated p3vjo The family will receive friends at the Holy Cross Catholic Funeral Home 211 Langstaff Road East (west of Bayview Ave.) from 6:00-8:00pm on Wednesday September 1, 2021. A mass of Christian burial will take place within the funeral home in the Chapel of St. Joseph on Thursday September 2, 2021 at 10:30 am. Due to the COVID restriction the Funeral Mass will be private. The final rite of committal and interment will take place at Holy Cross Catholic Cemetery (8361 Yonge Street Thornhill). Of those 100 blessed years of earthly pilgrimage, Anna OFS has been a professed Secular Franciscan for a good number of them. St Francis and St Clare and all the Franciscan saints would be delighted to welcome Anna from the hands of Sister Death.
Thank you Bro William Ng OFM. Your reminder to us as a Secular Franciscan like mom, is a great blessing to follow St Francis , St Clare and others Franciscan saints. They have given us good example to follow Jesus to see our Father in Heaven. 感謝伍修士

我有幸能倍媽走最後一個晚上(八月卄五日), 我拉著她的手和她一起念玫瑰經，好安慰，媽離別前我還给她洗了臉。第二天清早便收到醫院通知，説她安然離世。
感謝您們對媽媽去世的慰問和您們给予的捐款。特別多謝那些到來道别媽媽及參加葬禮彌撒的親友。

I was fortunate enough to be able to accompany my Mom in her last evening (Aug 26). I held her hand and prayed the Rosary with her. It was comforting that I washed her face before I left. Early the next morning, I received a call from the hospital that she passed away peacefully.
We appreciate your expression of sympathy and Thank You for your donations on this event. Special thanks for those who attended the visitation and dialed in for the Funeral Mass.
Mom, your smiling face will always be in our heart. May the Lord be with you all the time.
